How to live a healthier and happy life

Health By Me! is a creation of my own effort and experience to provide a simple no nonsense guide to get your health on the right track. I started my health program when I was in my early 20's, and today at the age of 64 I enjoy great health thanks to my consistency and perserverance. I walk, jog, do weights, run intervals, and mountain bike regularly, and all in a span of 4 to 5 days per week. YOU CAN TOO IF YOU LET ME HELP YOU!

There's no mystery to my program, and I am making it available totally free to anyone who is tired of living their life on the edge of health and vitality. If you could have better health and a happier life within a reasonable amount of time, lets say in three months, simply by changing the direction of your daily eating habits, and you add a dose of non-complicated exercises, would you give my program a try?

You have nothing to lose by trying it out, and everything to gain. The only request that I will make is that you read the entire program first before you start on it right away. It will take no more than 30 minutes to read through it.
